Josh and I decided to take a little trip to Wausau, Wi for some festival fun, the Taste N’ Glow festival!
Hot air balloons are so much fun! For Josh and me, they hold a special place in our hearts, reminding us of when we first started dating. One of our earliest dates was a hot air balloon ride, and I should have realized then that it was a perfect preview of the many adventures we’d share over the years.
This summer event was truly exceptional and offered something for everyone to enjoy! It was a vibrant and unique experience filled with a variety of activities and attractions. From an array of delicious food to the captivating live music performances that created a lively atmosphere, there was never a dull moment. The artisanal crafts showcased local talent and creativity, adding a charming touch to the event. Car enthusiasts were thrilled by the impressive car show, which featured a stunning display of classic and modern vehicles. And, of course, the highlight of the event was the spectacular assortment of hot air balloons. Their colorful silhouettes against the summer sky provided a breathtaking spectacle that truly made the day unforgettable.
The entire experience was spectacular. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, all the hot air balloons got anchored down for their Night Glow show. Choreographed with music, it lit up the sky light nothing we had ever experienced!
What a night! Can’t wait for next time!
